Creative director, Lottie Fowler has planned and designed hundreds of events and luxury weddings from coast to coast. Her work has been featured in countless magazines and publications around the globe, including Martha Stewart Weddings, BRIDES, Style Me Pretty and D Weddings to name a few. Specializing in a luxury market, Grit & Gold can provide creative direction, logistical management, décor sourcing, vendor curation, destination scouting, styling, photo shoot direction, consulting, and more.

    Owner + Creative Director

    Born and bred in Texas, Lottie has deep Southern roots. Owner and creator of all that is Grit & Gold, Lottie has worked for years honing her design look and defining her planning style. Studying art and design at the University of North Texas, Lottie approaches the event process by meshing artistic style with master organization. “I want to create an environment where clients can appreciate being inspired. It’s more than just one day, it’s a lifestyle, a journey”. With a background in event management, Grit & Gold can provide creative direction, logistical management, decor sourcing, vendor curation, destination scouting, styling, photo shoot direction, consulting, and more. Lottie gets her kicks in local business nooks and crannies, wine by a cozy fire, classic cars, being a momma to Saylor Rue, old sweet homes, porch talks, and traveling the world.

  • Jennifer

    Lead Planner

    Jennifer is a Texas A&M grad and a native Fort Worthian with a heart as big as Texas.  As a member to the Grit & Gold team, Jennifer hit the ground running and has become invaluable. Jennifer brings with her a project management background and a passion for organization. Jennifer is an avid yogi, with a love for Jesus, iced coffee, twin momma to Max & Charlie.  When she isn’t busy planning weddings for Grit and Gold, Jennifer can be found being a boss lady over at Pretty Post Paper Co.
