Matt+Cammie’s fiesta themed wedding at Howell Family Farms

Not only was this wedding simply beautiful, Cammie + Matt were a joy to work with! Cammie contacted us to plan their wedding here in Dallas even though they both live in FL. I didn’t meet Cammie until months after we had starting planning. We had to really hone in on Cammie’s style and vision to pull off a fiesta themed, color packed wedding day with having such little time with her one on one! The day was full of details from the Mexican soda station that greeted the guests on arrival, a world globe for signing showing the couple’s love to travel, Mexican cookie favors, mini Tabasco bottles for place card holders, papel picado, sombreros, ahhhh I could go on and on. We adore their spirits and will miss them dearly. Congrats you crazy kids!!

Taylor + Calvin’s rustic wedding was as charming as their love for one another. Designed by Grit+Gold, the ceremony was set outside the barn at Howell Family Farms complete with hay bales, wooden cross constructed by groom and tons of the families antique quilts. The reception was held in the upstairs barn. Guests were greeted with beautiful table-settings under large chandeliers and soft drapery accented by the barn’s rich wood-workings. Tables were adorned with antlers, mercury glass, soft creme and deep red floral to set a winter ranch feel. On the sweetheart table, you could even find an old wooden pistol. Doesn’t get any more Southern than that!
