Jessica + Jonathan | Private Estate

Being a San Diego native, Jessica was excited to see someone with a towel depicting the California flag also enjoying her apartment’s pool. “Are you from California?” Jessica asked. “No, but that towel is,” replied Jonathan. Of course this led to multiple conversations since they lived in the same complex that eventually led to an exchange of phone numbers. After a surprise beachside proposal, the pair agreed Jessica’s parents’ estate in Burleson, TX was the perfect place for their October wedding. Going for a timeless look, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were dressed in black with pops of deep berry hues in the bouquets and boutonnieres. The bride was perfection in her lace dress from De Ma Fille, Chanel shoes, and delicate updo. Her elegant veil completed her look and was passed down from her sister. Holding an arrangement made of dahlia, hellebore, garden roses and hydrangea, Jessica met her groom in front of a pair of beautiful oaks. The two said their “I Do’s” and there was not a dry eye to be found.

From the twinkling lights above the dance floor to the gold chargers and romantic flowers, guests were immediately drawn to the reception space. Personal touches from the bride and groom could be seen everywhere – in the photo wrapped tree and the Star Wars themed cigar bar. After feasting on gourmet burgers and grilled cheese, family and friends could either head to the dance floor or hit up the photo booth.

Their elegant naked cake featured three flavors: Italian creme, strawberry, and chocolate. This made it impossible to chose and left many loved ones going back for seconds. Rather than a traditional send off, Jonathan and Jessica opted for a midnight toast and continued to dance the night away. One could not ask for a sweeter couple!

Private Ranch wedding in Glenrose Texas

Check out this beautiful spring wedding we did in Glen Rose, TX! The lovely couple couldn’t imagine a better place to say their “I Do’s” than Groom Jamie’s family ranch in Glenrose, TX. The 12,000 acre Ten Triple X Ranch had more than enough space for their 200+ guests.

Sunflowers lined the aisle of their non-traditional outdoor ceremony. Bridesmaids, sans bouquets, made their way to the altar in strapless papaya dresses. Bride Taylor, with her hair pulled softly away from her face, was escorted down the aisle by her father as she made her way towards Jamie. The couple swapped vows under a cedar tree arbor strewn with greenery as friends and family looked on.

Guests made their way into the barn where potted cactus centerpieces and gold chargers graced the tabletop. Lights hung from the rafters of the 1850’s barn succeeded in lending a magical feel to the evening. Arrangements of orange poppies, pink peonies and assorted ranunculus allowed the sunflowers to pop. An eight-piece band set the stage for a lively celebration as guests hit the dance floor and dined on Tex-Mex.
