“Ragtime ~ the fast paced tinkling of the ivories that our great-grandparents enjoyed in the early 1910s combined with a fierce love of genealogy & family, bring this original styled shoot from Amy Karp Photography & nbarrett Photography. A music lover and a lover of family history, concept originator, Rent My Dust Vintage Rentals & Coordinator/Designer, Grit+Gold married the two themes into one amazing wedding inspiration styled shoot. The Fitzgerald Museum was the setting where player pianos, calliopes and other musical instruments abound. Sheet music and piano rolls were used in stationary to invoke that love of music by Southern Fried Paper. Vintage family photos, family bible, camera’s & memento’s of the past were incorporated along with vintage elements to inspire the feel of bygone times. Breathe taking florals were used by The Wooly Thistle right down to the blue thistle in the bride’s hair piece. Makeup by Lashes & Curls By Cerly. Vintage Jessica McClintock Gunne Sax Dress was revamped and made current by Maybe Sew. The elegant Kennedy Bridal Gown was furnished by The Bride’s Room. Player Piano inspired Wedding cake by Legacy Cakes. Video by AP2 Films. “
